Fees Charged

As we provide a professional finance brokerage service to our clients, we charge all clients an Advice fee. As such you will receive the following from us:

Home/Investment Loans (Advice Fee $495 inc GST):

• We analise your individual situation and recommend appropriate solutions for your requirements.
• Compare a range of loan products from various lenders and recommend the most appropriate.
• Complete FHOG applications forms and supporting materials and ensure that the funds are avaialble for your settlement.
• Complete your loan application form to the lender.
• Refer you to a trusted solicitors from a panel of known solicitors (if required).
• We will arrange an obligation free consultation with a qualified financial planner to discuss your insurance requirments.

Pharmacy & Business Loans (Advice Fee $750 inc GST):

• We analise your individual situation and recommend appropriate structures and solutions for your requirements that work in with your existing loans both business and home loan.
• Compare a range of loan products from various lenders and recommend the most appropriate, with a detailed discussion on the loan conditions and covenants.
• Complete your loan application form to the lender.
• Refer you to the appropriate professionals we have a trusted panel of both Accountants & Solicitors as required to assist you with the purchase.
• We will arrange an obligation free consultation with a qualified financial planner to discuss your insurance requirments.
• For pharmacy clients we also:
  • Advise what your borrowing capacity is so you know what price range you should be looking to purchase in.
  • Review pharmacy profile of the business you are considering to purchase (we will look at five profiles as part of our Advise fee then we will charge $150 for each profile thereafter).
  • Analise the pros and cons of each business and how these fit with your individual situation.
  • Work outside the square to find a solution to allow you to purchase your chosen business.
  • Ensure your loan approval has been completed in time for the Pharmacy Council meeting.
  • Can recommend an Accountants and/or a Solicitors from a panel of trusted advisor who know the pharmacy industry.

Fees are payable at time of engagement and are not refundable.
